The main meaning of “playing the victim card” that I know is a false play for sympathy to try to gain an advantage.
By using it in your post you seemed to me to be saying that you didn’t think anti-Muslim prejudice was real.

I was just trying to point out that the phrase “Muslims playing the victim card” was something that I’d expect to see on an EDL friendly site or on a BNP site rather than PP.
I didn’t know if you were aware of the same usage of the phrase as I was which is I asked nicely what you meant.
