Nice one Katy. I’ve had two ipods. Both times they were dropped on the floor and kaputski. I’ve since been using a 2 gig card on my sony walkman phone. But I’ve got about 170 gigs of music (and growing) and I’m getting mucho tired of deleting and copying onto the card after getting fed up of listening to the same stuff, so I might go back to ipod. My appetite for new music is massive and beaten only by John Peel, I reckon. And he’s gone off to the great jukebox in the sky.

What are people listening to now?

Hello everyone!

I am back from NYC with a shiny new 30 gig video iPod that cost – wait for it – $249.

Oh yes.

Hurrah for the weak dollar! Bush: bad for America… good for the Newton pocket.

My only regret is that I couldn’t find the Bose noise cancelling speakers that I wanted too.

And the best bit was that when I bit the bullet and declared everything at the red channel, I didn’t have to pay a penny in import duty! Honesty is its own reward.

What’s going on here then?

Vikrant – when you’ve finished your IB, I would be interested in your in depth thoughts on it. It would be interseting to see how its taught in India as well. I hear good things about it.
