Where’s the open thread Katy, now that I am finally free to indulge in one, hmmn? I am feeling pretty sore I tell you, cause I always seem to miss the fun bits somehow and just end up with the sticky bits of PP where you get called islamophobe or racist after your very first post(after a while). Very demoralising. Too much like my teenage years.

Thank Mrs Jagdeep for me, she is a woman after my own heart, I too measure with the eye. Katy finds this very frustrating as when she asks how much of an ingredient to put in something I never know. I agree about the monkfish texture. We will try this at the weekend.
