I hate blowing our own trumpet on here but it’s nice to do so sometimes. Pickled Politics has been named among the 50 most influential blogs in the UK by Edelman. We’re no. 28 actually, so probably in the top 20 of British political bloggers. A big thanks to all our readers! And Katy for pointing it out.
Oh my God, we influence people!!- we’re in worse trouble than I thought. Luckily I have 3 years to plan my emigration to Oz , before the 44yr cut off date!. I have the skills points, now I just need money to have a wash , trim my beard, buy a train ticket to London and to go to the Oz High Commission for my interview.
Seriously - Congratulations to Sunny and his team. It takes a good hand on the tiller and crew to steer this site. Amongst all the chatter and noise, it has been a pleasure to read and reflect on peoples’ comments over the last year.

Refresh - I think its more the fact that we have 400 blogs linking to us that makes us influential.
