The whole Guatanamo issue has been an abomination to the whole concept of liberty, equality and justice, not to mention Democracy. The last thing I read, that up to 90 Guatanamo detainees may be kept indefinitely despite not going to trial or being formally charged is deplorable and only adding to the perversion that is this entire ‘war on terror’.
