What makes you think that? If they say something idiotic i am hardly likely to side with them. Noone here is running to agree with Charlie Sheen.

Those people comments showed a fairly naive and contradictory view of the world. I don’t see the harm in pointed out the flaws.

Oh dear. Look, I don’t know if the problem here is me being Jewish or not. I am aware that El Cid sees it as something that clouds my judgment, and there is not much that I can do about that, but I can’t see how he could think my Jewishness would be relevant to this thread.

Mind you, I still can’t actually see what was particularly notable about my comment to Kulvinder in the first place and neither of the people who did are willing or able to explain it so it looks as if I never will.

What I try to do when I read other people’s comments is look at what they have written, rather than what I think they are thinking, and I would really appreciate it if people would do the same for me. Thanks.
