The BNP has been around since 1983 and for most of that time actively promoted violence as a political strategy. Maybe you've got a memory like a goldfish but some anti-fascists haven't.

If you would care to peruse back copies of 'Identity' magazine from about 10 years ago you'll notice stuff like reports, plus photos, of BNP 'anti-IRA mobs' (Tony Lecomber's words, not mine!) out in central London and more.

What do you think they turned out for? A picnic? All had a drink and chat down the pub and then went home?
