I roasted a veritable medley of vegetables in olive oil with salt and pepper, fried some tofu in sesame oil, garlic and soy, slung in some slivered almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup and scoffed the lot. It was very tasty. [here follows a line specifically aimed at winding Sunny up] I bet it would be good with chicken too. I did indeed.
