I don’t think it is prudent at this stage to say the attacks in those shops in London are racist. This has not been proven. It may be that the Asian ownership of these shops is coincidental, and thus I’ve changed the heading of Al-Hack’s previous article.
Much of the media has already labelled this a ‘vicious racist attack’ without being certain of the motives. We should not fall into the same trap.
Two men have now died as a result of these arson attacks.
Update 4th May: A man has been charged.

A second man has now died as a result of the attacks….
A second man has died following last Thursday’s arson attack on a convenience store in south London, Scotland Yard said today.
The victim was named as 31-year-old Hamidi Hamidullah, an Afghan national who worked at Price Cutter Food and Wine in Clapham Road, Kennington.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said a post mortem examination will be held later today.
Co-worker Khizar Hayat was burnt to death when he was trapped in the store following the daylight attack.
There’s something a bit odd about this story. Can’t put my finger on what but it’s something about the way it’s been reported…
