The format is quite simillar to <a href="http://www.scribd.com/doc/13906622/Honor-Killings-Report" rel="nofollow">UNFPA's investigation into 'honour' killings in Turkey</a>. Reading one after the other gives the impression that attitudes in Sulemaniya in 2009 are definitely more progressive than those in Turkey in 2000.
