A short article about all this on Liberal Conspiracy. To be honest, anyone who thinks the latest episode involving McBride, Derek Draper and Guido Fawkes will somehow make political life cleaner would be quite naive. We’ve only entered a new era of smearing.

I really thought this was the type of story worth getting worked up about, but the more you read it, it’s just a load of London meeja types indulging in a bit of point scoring.

What this, again, raises the question of is how much of an over-supply of ‘media’ (in the widest sense of the word) do we have?

The article in the link is good and it has generated some good responses.

      Hello Marian!

Long time no see – how’s tricks?

The problem with the Liberal Conspiracy site is that any ‘negative to Labour or the authors’ is simply Verbotten.

Hardly free speech now is it?
