Harmeet Sooden heads back to NZ
The third Christian Peacemaker Harmeet Singh Sooden is quietly heading back to New Zealand, Ekklesia reports.
Sooden is of Indian origins. His sister Preety Brewer said she was delighted to see her brother arrive home at last.“I’m very thrilled to see him again after the most difficult and longest four months of my life,” Mrs Brewer told One News. She went on: “He is looking forward to seeing his niece again and catching up on some much-needed sleep.” [via FaithinSociety]
There has been a lot of criticism and support for the group, all I can say is I’m glad they’re free. It turns out today that so is Jill Caroll. Huzzah!
