  • Articles worth reading and chewing over

Some readers may remember the case of Adeeba Ahmed, brutally murdered and cut into pieces in 2004. Her husband has now been found guilty and will be sentenced. [hat tip Bevan Keiran]
The judge says he is considering parole, but I wouldn’t if I was him.

The New Statesman magazine this week has an excellent interview with highly intelligent and articulate Fareena Alam, editor of Q-News. Worth reading in full. “The petrodollar-funded literalists think their version is the real Islam. I’m for an Islam that is at home in Britain.” And she’s younger than me!

The BNP have released another video with a Sikh! Isn’t the guy who was on their party political broadcast in 2004 supposedly dead? So this may be someone different. Watch the video and let us know. Another village in Punjab missing an idiot.

If you can’t link Muslims Islam to an anti-semitic murder, what do you do? You simply mention some previous crimes involving Muslims in the same breath. What else can we expect from Mark Steyn? That does not detract from the fact that the horrible murder of Ilan Halimi in Paris is part of a wider problem of growing anti-Jewish feeling in the country from the far-right and Muslims. Judy has balanced perspective.

This article in the Sunday Times is wroth reading, regarding Osama Bin Laden’s plans to split Islam and invoke a clash of civilisations. Long, but very instructive.

The Singh in the video is an idiot. He says his family lost everything in partition. Seems to have a bad case of traditional old school Sikh hatred for Muslims. He does not even keep kesh and yet he claims to speak on behalf of Sikhs. I know that people are looking into identifying him in order to have a word.

Check out this BNP video featuring a vicar called Reverend Robert West of the Christian Council of Britain (wtf is that?)

      Wow@”vicars” prayer……

The Vicar thinks he is in a Star Wars movie

“Lord Grant us strength against the forces of evil and darkness we are facing”

Its the woman who introduces the BNP vid that does it for me. All very Day Today…

‘community spokesman’, fuck that! I do not think him and his ugly mug represent anyone.

    8. David T — on 27th February, 2006 at 4:01 pm

Listening to the vicar, I was just about to say “Blimey, he’s a Nazi!”

But then I though - oh, of course he is.

Watch the video with the Sikh guy again and tell me if you can keep a straight face when the camera cuts to the woman I’ll be damned if it isnt like a sketch from Little Britain and she is like something Matt Lucas would come up with.

She is VERY reminiscent of one of the women from Smack the Pony…

I love the headline at the start of the video:

Here is a link to an interesting interview with an Arab-American psychologist regard the “clash of civilizations”: There is also a video.

Sunny, you seem to be saying that the ant-semitic murder of the Parisian Jew had nothing to with Muslims?

Well I’m glad the media and the liberal elite try their best to gloss over it. Ignorance is bliss, aint that the ticket?
I’m sure you’ll love this article about FoS in Sunday Times aswell. ;),,176-2058502,00.html

jonz - please see Judy’s article on this.

This linking of the murder of the jewish kid to “muslims” is just a regurgitation of classical anti-jewish sentiment. Although I’m not comapring the severity at all. Anti-jewish hatred was much deeper and widespread and it still is in Eastern Europe (something not often reported on).

I’v read some books about crime in London during the 1800s and you see the same things being said. “Jews are criminals, Jews are rapists, Jews belong to radical organisations” and so forth.”

There are far more muslims and jews in Russia than there are in France. Yet all of the anti-semitism there comes from far right organisations not muslims.

Gosh j0nz. You sound just like the MCB. Have you been trawling their website again, looking for tidbits to outrage yourself gratiously to?

    18. Sunny — on 27th February, 2006 at 10:58 pm

I’ve been sent this link on Search light magazine which details more on the BNP’s efforts with black and Asian members. Love it.

Shere Punjab are a joke - they are all jokes. Although I never heard of the Arya Samaj being active in the UK before!

    20. Benjamin — on 28th February, 2006 at 5:49 am

“Another village in Punjab missing an idiot.”

      Is that sentence necessary?

goethe girl, that’s an icredible interview particularly considering it was aired on Al-Jazeera TV. Do you think Wafa Sultan will live?
