The temptation to stay up to see what’s going to happen is bloody strong – especially if Obama wins, because that’ll have my American ex-in laws (in Kentucky) crying their right-wing, bigoted, creationist eyes out.. )

The responsibilities of parenthood, however, weigh a little too heavily.

Just voted in Arlington, VA.

I would have the Obama/Biden campaign volunteers impressed me. They were everywhere besieging the polling location and a tiny tent for McSame/Fallin : ).

Goes without saying that McSame’s bunch were totally despondent while thinking “When will this be over” lol.

I have been following this election *very closely* since the beginning of this year, absorbing every detail from blogs and other media, looking at every poll - nationally and state.
