    Boris says ’sorry’ again

by Sunny on 5th April, 2008 at 6:02 PM

Boris Johnson apologised again over race issues today after he was accused of condoning an article that claimed black people have a lower IQ.

In one, columnist Taki wrote that “Orientals … have larger brains and higher IQ scores. Blacks are at the other pole.” In another, he described black American bastketball players as having “arms hanging below their knees and tongues sticking out”.

When asked today if he had condoned the articles, unearthed by black newspaper-New Nation, Mr Johnson told the Standard: “I am sorry for what was previously written as it does not reflect what is in my heart.

On the Evening Boris website. But really, why should we believe it if they keep commissioning this rubbish?

The chances of me voting for Boris grow by the day. It’ll be a protest vote, against stuff like this. But I guess you wouldn’t understand.

“By their friends ye shall know them”

If you consider Taki and Darius Guppy good fellows, you must really be a cock.

If Taki said that Orientals have higher IQ scores, doesn’t the article also claim that white people have a lower IQ ?

It would appear to. I’m not sure what’s more embarrassing, the implied condoning of racism or the judgment that people want to read the rubbish Taki wrote, which I have a strong suspicion is intended mainly to annoy people.

The gentleman in question is also, I believe, something of an anti-semite…

I think this is a bit of the pot calling the kettle black! New Nation is a strident black nationalist publication full of anti semitism, homophobia and whitey bashing. It openly supports the black American racist Louis Farrakhan and has been taken successfully to the Press Complaints Commission for making up stories on the slave trade. It comes out with stuff like a “black queen of Scotland” and how Africans discovered America.

Its current acting editor Lester Holloway used to edit the 1990 Trust site and made up stories about how western doctors injected African babies with the aids virus to control the population. Maybe that will give you some idea of where the paper is coming from.

On the other hand Taki has a long history of racism and seems to be drawing on the work of Murray and Hernstein “The Bell Curve” which purports to show that people of African origen are less intelligent than those of other racial groups including Asian and Japanese who are also more intelligent than some white people.

Both sides are as bad as the other. Holloway is also promoting the Robert Ardrey “African Genesis” theory but expanded it to Africans having invented powered flight, maths, all the natural sciences and eye surgery thousands of years ago when Europeans were living in caves. The paper really is good for a laugh but a lot of black people actually believe the rubbish it publishes

Ok ok. Why are black people so tall? Because they’re Negros. Get it, knee grows. I cant vote anyway.

      Billericaydicky,

What the hell have you got again the New Nation. Most of your comments seem to be based on complete ignorance about the paper. Have you actually ever read it?
