not that i’m accusing anyone of being anti-semitic, although that “joke” really is offensive. my father-in-law’s almost entire family were murdered in auschwitz and the effects are ongoing in the two that are left. it’s not a subject for humour. generally, the debate here seems to be pretty sensible and sane, that’s why i’ve joined in. personally, i have better things to do with my time than moan about anti-semitism, but if i see it, i’ll call it. the rest of you seem OK though!

Bet that sucked.. One thing that rocks about Hinduism is that you arent compelled to memorise or even read holy books. In my 16 years of exisistence i havent ever seen a copy of Vedas let alone read it.

For the first and (if there were a God, I would pray) only time I agree with you; it is not appropriate for a gentleman to swear in front of children, the elderly or women (except in particular, intimate situations). But this thread is about swearing, so why are you here?

I get the impression that the posters here can tell good from evil, and are reaching a concensus on your unhealthy worldview.

BTW, your mum used the f-word twice? I trust you informed the religious police.
