Now this is what I'm talking about!

At last glory!

And shut up Muzamdar. There's a whole bit on the global warming thread calling sunny some sort of environmentally dimwitted cheesewad retard cockjabber or someshit and that's still on there

But this isn't about Sunny. It's about me

As I like to say, me

I accept graciously

<blockquote>"Now I want some sort of prize for this observation and I want it soon."</blockquote>

Congratulations. You have won the first annual 'Pickled Politics best quote relating to Tower Bridge made at 2:16am' award. Would you like the cash (10 crore rupees), or will you go for our mystery prize?

Dear Kismet - ji,

I am still, after 10 minutes trying, to get my head round that profound statement, may I honour you with a Twining Oscar! A Twining Oscar is a good thing!

Okay it's not an analogy, it's not even a metaphor, but it's a slogan and for that I'm owed

This observation went ignored when I made it earlier so I'm going to say it again because I feel it deserves some sort of prize. No aplogies if you've heard it before

I was watching Tower Bridge open up, bored that it was making me late for work again, when I was struck by a couple muttering their disgust at a young chap in front who was too busy texting to look up and see the wonderment before their eyes. The irony being they were so wrapped up in the kid missing it, they were missing it too

And then it struck me. Like a silver bullet. I was the man watching the people watching others and that's when I came up with this award-winning analogy for Pickled Politics

We are the people that observe those that look down on others for the way they see things

I'll say it again
