If you want to write a proper article for Pickled Politics:

• We are more interested in women writers right now as they are under-represented, though men still have a chance. We also welcome contributions from people of any race.
• It is important to first understand where we come from. So do read about us and mission statement. Then do a search to make sure you don’t want to write about something that has already been covered here. Third, remember the topic has to be current affairs related. Lastly, remember that we are a progressive magazine – and that should be reflected in our content.
• We don’t pay for articles yet, this is all a labour of love. If we start making lots of money through some miracle in the future, this policy may change.
• If you are still interested in writing for this cutting-edge online magazine, contact the editor with a 1 – 2 paragraph summary of your idea. He will then get back to you.
